GoalSats ("we", "our", or "us") operates the GoalSats application and web services. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Registration Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, password PIN, and selected region/nationality ID.
• Third-Party Authentication Data: If you sign up using Google or Facebook Login, we receive basic public profile information (such as your name and email address) authorized by your authentication provider.
• Gameplay & Simulation Data: We record your match predictions, win/loss history, level progression, division status, and virtual SATP balances on our secure backend.
• Device & Technical Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, and unique advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) for ad delivery and security.

2. In-Game Currency & Virtual Assets (SATP Disclaimer)

• Virtual Points Only: All SATP (SAT Points), badges, and division trophies displayed or earned within GoalSats are non-monetary, virtual in-game points used strictly for gameplay progression, arena entries, and leaderboards.
• No Real Monetary Value: SATP has no real-world cash or cryptocurrency value. SATP cannot be withdrawn, transferred off-platform, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for fiat currency or real digital assets under any circumstances.

3. Server-Authoritative Data Processing

GoalSats operates using a server-authoritative architecture. Game logic, prediction records, tournament standings, and in-game SATP balances are transmitted to and processed securely on our backend servers to maintain game integrity, secure user balances, and enforce anti-cheat rules.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party service providers to power authentication and monetization:

• Google AdMob: Delivers banner, interstitial, and voluntary rewarded video ads. AdMob uses unique device identifiers to serve ads, prevent click fraud, and analyze performance.
• Google & Facebook Authentication: Facilitates fast, secure single sign-on without storing raw social passwords on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property & Asset Attributions

• Flag Graphics: Country flag graphics utilized in the World Cup Division arena are provided by Twemoji (Twitter, Inc. and contributors) under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC-BY 4.0).
• Game Branding: GoalSats, SATP, and custom arena logos are the intellectual property of GoalSats.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion Requests

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal game data at any time. To request complete account data removal, please contact developer support via email at support@goalsats.com or through our store listing contact link. Upon verification, your account and server-stored records will be permanently deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

GoalSats does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
